The Cascadia Soccer League today has announced it has cancelled its championship game set for June 14th. The CSL have also named the Roslyn Rangers, who were set to host tomorrow’s championship game, league champions.

League commissioner Randy Chandler said in a statement Monday “We regretfully have had to cancel tomorrow’s championship game between Forks City FC and the Roslyn Rangers. Unexpected issues arose in the lead up to the game that have forced us to cancel it.”

Roslyn were named CSL Champions on the fact that, earlier in the year, they defeated Forks City FC in Forks by a score of 2-0. Roslyn also holds the goal differential tiebreaker over Forks by a difference of two goals that awarded them the championship match at home.

There is no further news regarding the CSL at this time…obviously.
